Three weeks until Part One - The Triathlon

 Hi All!

Time for an update!  It's now just under 3 weeks until I take part in the Wincanton Triathlon (part one of my fundraiser)!  I guess I am as ready as I'll ever be - the running will be so-so, hopefully the cycling will be OK but the swimming is going to be very slow!  I just can't do front crawl!

On the plus side - I have achieved and surpassed my fundraising target of £444 in memory of Lee Collins!  So thank you for those who have donated, and thanks in advance to those who are planning on doing so :-)

I received the information pack about the Lee Collins Memorial Ride (part two of my fundraiser) today - makes it all the more real and daunting in equal measure!  Hopefully we can do him and his family proud and raise a stack load of money for Mind In Somerset in his memory!

That's all for now!  I've got to run (like, literally because I've hardly been doing any!)

My 2022 Fundraising Plans

  Hi All, It's that time again - time to raise some money by getting out and doing something new! So.... Nerves! Never done one before! Feeling quite anxious, there's so many rules and regulations! Also, I'm just doing it as a one-off but there will be plenty of people who take it seriously so I hope I don't get in their way! Fingers Crossed!
